About the Leadership Forum
The Fort Wayne Leadership Forum was founded in 1992 when a group of business owners began meeting at lunch to develop social and business relationships, as well as quality referrals and business opportunities. Today, membership has grown to include first-, second- and third-generation entrepreneurs who are expanding the success of their businesses.
Membership in the Leadership Forum is much more than a membership in a “tip club.” It is a commitment to establish and build relationships within the group, and to influence our community in positive, long-term ways.
