From Section 6.3 of the Bylaws of Leadership Forum… "Dues shall be paid by the last day of January for the year in which they are owing. Members may still pay Dues during the month of February for the upcoming year owing, but Dues paid in February shall include a late charge of ten percent (10%). Any member who becomes delinquent in the payment of Dues, including any applicable late charge beyond March 1 shall ipso facto stand terminated; no exceptions may be given by any officer or member. It is the member’s obligation to have the correct Dues to the Treasurer (either the Treasurer for the prior year or current year shall suffice) by the above deadlines."
