The Fort Wayne Leadership Forum, LLC, also known as the Leadership Forum was founded in 1992 when a group of business owners began meeting at lunch in an effort to develop relationships, both social and business, that would benefit the members through referrals and business opportunities. Since that first group began meeting, the membership has grown to almost 60 members including a wide range of industries and business expertise.
 
The Leadership Forum includes first, second and third generation entrepreneurs who are continuing and expanding on the success of their businesses.
 
Membership in the Leadership Forum is much more than a transient membership in a "tip club". It is a commitment to the those that are members to establish and build the relationships within the group for a lifetime. It is also a commitment to influence our business community in a positive long term way.
